조카와 제부가 만들어 먹으면 좋을듯한 [ 고추잡채 ]

이거 꼬옥 만들어 먹어봐 팔월달에 올렸던건데 너에게 추천하는거얌~~
 이렇게 올려놓은거 보고 너 웃는 모습을 떠올려 본단다 .
사랑하는 내 동생아 이렇게 만들어 먹어보니깐 생각외로 맛있어
그래서 이렇게 올려 보는거야 너 보라고 올리기 보다는 제부
제부가 한번 만들어 서비스 해보라공~~~
이거 내가 작성하지 않았다는것 알쥐~~
조카하고 제부가 만들어 먹어보기를 바래는 마음이어서 된장찌개가 아니니깐
만들어 먹기가 쉽다는 생각이 들어
 우먼 파워를 날리고 살아가는 내동생 굿!!!!!

[고추잡채]

(Go Chu Jap Chae = Meat and Vegetable Noodles)

This is my second time to make this Gochu japchae.

Because once I made it, everyone in my family loved it and asked me to make it once more.
So.... I decided to post it on my blog cooking again!


-재료 (Recipe Ingredients)

 

1/2 red paprika, 1/2 yellow paprika, 2 green paprika, 10.5 oz pork, 3 small spring green onion,
3 garlic, one and half tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of substitution honey,
one tbsp of anchovy broth, 2 tbsp of cooking oil

 

- Cooking Directions (요리방법)
* Seasoning ingredients for the pork : 1tbsp of soy sauce, half of tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of cooking alcohol, half a tbsp minced garlic, little bit of minced ginger, two tbsp of starch

* Seasoning & coating pork in starch (고기 밑간하기, 녹말 입히기)


1. Chop the meat into small pieces.

2. Mix the chopped meat with 1tbsp of soy sauce, half of tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of cooking alcohol, half a tbsp minced garlic, little bit of minced ginger

3. Coat those chopped meat evenly in starch ( 2 tbsp starch ) ( Using chopsticks )

  * Preparing vegetables (야채준비하기)


1. Chop every paprika.

2. Cut the spring green onions into pieces.

3. Mince garlic.

4. Oil the frying pan.

5. Stir-fry the cut spring green onions and minced garlic. ( on high until the garlic becomes yellow- Cook the garlic until it's crisp )

  -함께 볶아내기 ( Stir-fry all together )


1. Fry the stir-fried spring green onions and minced garlic and the chopped meat completely together.

2. Add the cut paprika and re-fry again.

  -양념해서 볶아내기 ( Seasoning and Frying all together )


in the pan.

2. Stir-fry all those on high for a few minutes.

3. The anchovy broth can make the food tasty. ( The anchovy broth is very useful when you make Korean food. )

4. Fry those ingredients enough in order for the seasoning to seep in.

5. When the seasoning seeps enough, put it on the dish.

  - The excellent cuisine with a lot of nutrition !

- This is Go Chu Jap Chae !

1. Add one and half tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of substitution honey, one tbsp of anchovy broth  


* Tip (팁)

Paprika contains a lot of nutrients, which can also be a good source of vitamin.

It also has an antiaging effect. Especially, because it is a good source of vitamin for eyes, it is very nutritious vegetable for growing children.

파프리카는 비타민이 많이 들어있어 충분한 비타민 공급원이고, 피부노화를 억제할 뿐 아니라 특히 눈에 필요한 비타민을 공급해주기 때문에, 성장기 어린이에게도 아주 좋은 채소라고 해요.

  In addition, the vitamin P in paprika can make the capillaries healthy. And the chlorophyll in paprika is cleaning up the blood removing the cholesterol. So it is very good for arteriosclerosis and high blood pressure. It's an amazing vegetable !

또 피망에 들어있는 비타민 p 는 모세혈관을 튼튼하게 하고 엽록소가 혈액의 콜레스테롤을 청소해줘서 매일먹으면 동맥경화와 고혈압에도 뛰어난 효과를 나타낸다고 합니다. 아주 좋은 채소이지요.
